Overview
The ARJUN Infrastructure Division is seeking global bids for the establishment of Phase 2 of the Haryana AI Compute Fabric (HACF) in Gurugram. This involves the procurement of enterprise-grade, liquid-cooled GPU clusters to support state-wide foundational model training.
Scope of Work
- Hardware Supply: Minimum 10,000 petaflops of aggregate compute power.
- Installation & Commissioning: Full setup within the Gurugram Global AI Centre.
- Cooling Infrastructure: Direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems to maintain a PUE of < 1.15.
- Maintenance: 5-year comprehensive onsite warranty and AMC.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum average annual turnover of ₹5,000 Cr in the last three financial years.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying TOP500 supercomputing infrastructure.
- ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications required.
