ARJUN has formally partnered with NASSCOM to integrate the FutureSkills PRIME certification into the state's workforce development pipeline. This move ensures that Haryana's AI trainees receive nationally and globally recognized credentials.
Specialized Training Tracks
The partnership covers several high-demand specialized tracks:
- Generative AI for Public Administration: Teaching civil servants how to automate routine tasks and draft policy briefs safely.
- Data Engineering for Urban Infrastructure: Skilling engineers to manage the massive data streams from smart city sensors.
- Responsible AI and Ethical Auditing: Creating a new class of auditors capable of evaluating neural networks for bias.
- Cyber-Physical Systems Security: Protecting critical AI-driven infrastructure from adversarial attacks.
Immediate Rollout
The first batch of 5,000 candidates will begin their journey across the state's Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and polytechnics next month. The curriculum combines self-paced digital modules with hands-on capstone projects mentored by industry veterans.
